Jeff Fisher was four days away from becoming the biggest loser in NFL history. Reports are coming out that the Rams fired Jeff Fisher after yesterday’s embarrassing loss. Those reports are incorrect. No way the King would let himself become the coach with the most losses to his name of all time. I’m 100% positive he resigned but then the Rams, embarrassed because they just announced they were giving him a contract extension, decided to fire him instead.
Sound familiar? That’s because Michael Scott did this at one point in The Office. He fired Tony Gardner when Tony tried to quit after the Stamford branch merged with Scranton. Classic Michael, and as we know, everything in life can be related in some way to that show. So Rams ownership = Michael Scott. Almost makes me feel better about being a Bears fan.
