Sergio Romo and the Los Angeles Dodgers have come to terms on a one-year, $3MM deal.

Romo, who is a classic case of “how is this dude good at pitching?” threw well for the Dodgers’ in-division rival Giants last season, posting a 2.64 ERA. The interesting part of this deal is that Romo reportedly took significantly less than what other teams were offering him in order to pitch for the Dodgers.
Shots fired? Yeah, shots fired. It’s clear he’s angry that the Giants did not re-sign him and wants to go to the team they play most often. I’m supremely confident that I’m not jumping to any false conclusions here, and by that I mean it’s pure speculation.
